Welcome wine lovers!
We hope you celebrated Valentine's Day in style and, of course, with a delicious beverage. Under duress (ha ha), we managed a bottle of Aubrey Premier Cru Champagne - a tasty treat if you haven't tried it - to accompany fresh oysters and a fabulous halibut dish from our good friends at Fish restaurant, in Ft. Collins. No doubt we will be enjoying more bubbles before the month is out, as we celebrate our daughter's first birthday and Karen's birthday. Any excuse for champagne is a good one!
In this edition of Eppelation news, we tell you about our new wine feature, update you on classes and detail some changes we've made to our website.
We hope to see you in a class sometime soon!
Mark & Karen Eppel

We're glad to hear that some of you took advantage of our first wine feature and hope that you also enjoy our new featured wines. From February 21 - March 13, we are featuring two fantastic reds - sorry white wine fans, we promise to do a white next time! These wines are delicious and also happen to be highly regarded by the critics.

From Mendoza, Argentina, we offer the intense, richly textured Crios | Cabernet Sauvignon (2009), which is on our Cabernet Comparison class.
