Welcome back to school! There is a new class schedule at Yogatopia, offering more of what you love and even more flexibility.
We are now offering an early morning yoga class called YogaBall. This is an innovative class that incorporates an exercise ball to recruit stabilization from core muscles. Start your day off with the peace of yoga, TTH at 5:30am.
Our favorite Yoga Sweat and QiFORZE classes are now offered twice a week! Look for Yoga Sweat on MW at 5:00pm and QiFORZE TTH at 5:00pm.
Yoga Basics is also offered twice a week now. This class is multi-level and perfect for first timers or the experienced yogi that wants to develop a personal practice. This class will now meet TTH at 6:00pm.
The Prenatal class has been moved to 8:30am on our specialty classes day, Friday.
Not to forget, Zumba is still shaking and sweating! Chelsie is teaching her Zumba Basics class TTH at 5:30pm and Sunday at 4:00pm. Aletha and Chelsie are teaching Zumba Toning MW at 6:00pm.
Missing classes with Lisa? Not to worry she will be back next Spring. She is taking maternity leave for this session to embrace motherhood. She is expecting the new bundle of joy in October. You can drop off cards and well wishes at the studio for her.
