As the New Year approaches and the holidays are behind us, we can get back into focusing on our health and well being. How many New Year's resolutions have you made that never lasted? We are all guilty of that. But that is why we have a New Year to start fresh again with a clean slate and a clean body. It's time to clean out the pantry and replace those processed foods, and refined sugary snacks for a kitchen overhaul. Let's begin to start thinking with our brains instead of our tastebuds!!!

One of the best things we can do for our bodies is Yoga. All other exercises are equally great and important however, every activity we do should incorporate a little bit of Yoga. Or we'll just call it stretching the body, exercising the lungs, and building balance, strength and flexibility to keep us young!! Prevention is key!

This class is one that is sure to meet all of your fitness needs. The first 30min are dedicated to getting the heart pumping. Each class is different but you can be sure to get a fun variety of cardio, circuit training and free weights. The last 30min will be dedicated to slowing down the heart rate with restorative yoga, stretching, and everyone's favorite "final relaxation"
