Stress that Kills: Understanding The Impacts of Stress - Get the Stress Out! Tuesday Feb 21, 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Stress!!

Most of us can relate to the idea or concept of stress!! Having experienced or even been completely overwhelmed by some kind of stress at one time or another. Usually our perception of that stress lingers in our awareness for maybe a few hours, few days, or even a few weeks before   or so and then resolves or just falls out of our awareness all together. But did you know that even low grade chronic stress can be the most devastating to your health, your vitality, and your quality of life.  Stress and the stress response that follows is the leading contributor most if not all health problems people face.

It is important to note that stress is cumulative and encompass not just the psychological aspects most of us identify with but all the physical, chemical and emotional aspects of our lives.
