YOGA BEGINNERS COURSE

Bookings are now open for our next beginners course starting in March.
This 8 week course is great for new students and students who are wanting to build and increase their practice. Depending on your age, level and fitness modifications are offered so you can practice safely and to ensure you get the most from your practice.
Each class includes guided breathing techniques to reduce stress, yoga asanas/postures to stretch the muscle releasing tension and increasing flexibility, muscle toning to improve core strength and guided relaxation to help calm the mind.
