Welcome summer! We are pleased to announce the studio will be open 7 days a week beginning June 3rd. Exercising on Sundays can be a rejuvenating experience and help keep your focus for the upcoming week. Stop by for our 9am Pilates class on Sundays and feel and see the difference! We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your patronage and welcome our new clients. Our focus for June are simple ways you can improve your diet. We are pleased to welcome our guest speaker, certified holistic nutrition coach Kim Wilson to the studio. Kim will hold a free lecture at the studio Monday, June 18th, 6:30pm called "Sugar Blues." The lecture will address the effects of sugar on our bodies and minds. This is a can't miss! Please come early as space will be extremely limited.
